Phoenix Group is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial records. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has a passion for accounting and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Reconcile credit cards and payables.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Maintain financial records.
  • Assist with month end close procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other bookkeeping software (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:
