Phoenix Group is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities
- Process invoices and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Reconcile credit cards and payables.
- Post journal entries.
- Maintain financial records.
- Assist with month end close procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other bookkeeping software (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
